Returns/Exchanges: Merchandise is eligible for a full refund (less any shipping charges and duties paid) if returned to our returns department within 21 days of delivery date. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations. Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Sale Items: Any merchandise marked on sale is not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
Damages: We do our best to quality check all our products before they are shipped. However, if you receive a damaged item we will be happy to credit your account. We ask that you take a picture of the damaged item and email it to email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of your order to receive credit. Please be sure to include the item number with your picture.
